University Of North Alabama To Host Rocketry Competition In March And Rov Competition In April

Bryan Rachal, University Communications FLORENCE, Ala. - The University of North Alabama will host the UNA Rocketry competition, March 25, weather permitting. Presentations will take place at 9 a.m., at Russellville Middle School, 765 Summit St. Russellville. The rocket launches will start at 10:30 a.m., 500 yards south of the NW Alabama Livestock Auction on HWY 243 in Russellville. Of the 37 Alabama schools that have registered to compete in this year's national Team America Rocketry Challenge, 20 of those teams will be a part of the UNA Rocketry challenge.
